The Glen Auto Body Repair

I bought a truck 2016 Tahoe form Glen Auto and they did not disclose the truck had major hail damage and that they painted most of the vehicle to cover it. It also was not disclosed to AutoCheck which I ran a report before I purchased. Buyer Beware, do not get stuck with a 40k truck that is now worth 10K less.

To all the new customers don't buy any cars from Glen auto sales!!!! They sold to my wife broken car without engine . They have cheap prices and pretend nicely and profesionals however they are con artists.

Car not as advertised. Nothing worked and vehicle was trashed. Do not buy from them on eBay

Not sure how Glen Auto Sales would get any stars at all at least when it comes to buying cars online from them. Here are some facts about a recent purchase from them over eBay (not in person) - They advertised one car and sent me a different car. Similar, but different. Several features that were in the advertised photo on eBay were from the other car and not in the one they sent me. - It took about 2 weeks for them to get the car to me - It took 2 months to get the title from them - Everything was supposedly checked out by their mechanic and in perfect working order... AC compressor was shot, 2 tires had several nails in them, 1 tire was slit on the inside. They said the tires were in great shape with several years on them. Seat memory buttons did not work. - Oil was leaking around both valve covers - they said there were no leaks - I have spent about 2,000 out of pocket to repair the AC, Oil Leak & replace all the tires. - George, their finance guy finally called me back after months and said they wanted to stand behind their cars and we agreed that they would send me $450 to my PayPal account to help offset the repairs. That was about 2 months ago and about 30 reminders via eBay messages and texts to the sales guy Alex. I have yet to see any deposit from them When I try to call the sales guy back, it says he is not taking incoming calls. - This whole fiasco started 8/21/2017. I am writing this on 12/20/2017 So I learned that I should have read more of the reviews on Glen Auto Sales and taken them more serious. The headache was unbelievable and I should have ran the other way. So hopefully others can learn from my mistake. Beware buying what looks like a great deal on a car online sight unseen.

Just got my Toyota Prius C back and it looks like new! George and crew did a great job. Very professional with great customer service. It only took a week. Hard to find, but really worth the trip! Highly recommend.
