My move is taking weeks longer than the contract, days past the bill of lading contract. But what really rancles is the rude and indifferent interactions with customer service, who seem utterly indifferent to the face that they have my belongings out there somewhere and my life is on hold until I get them. The company offers no place to complain to over the heads of these people. Use someone else.

Worst moving company out there! Got my furniture destroyed plus a lot of missing items. You file for missing and damaged items and they tell you go kick rocks! Bottom line; they are a bunch of thieves!
