O'Brien's Moving & Storage

I have clients moving into the area I work from Reno. Made a simple phone call to just see what time they would be arriving and the receptionist was extremely rude and acted like I was a fool for calling and checking in. I told her that she sounded confused as to why I'm calling and she said "well I just don't understand what you want from me?" I said "uuuhh I just wanted to check what time you'd be arriving and you gave me that information, thank you." She gave me the most condescending and sarcastic "thank you so much and have a nice day" that could have loosely translated to an "F-U." This review is not based on their ability to move, that is yet to be determined, however if you are big on customer service I would avoid this company.

Tried calling, lady who answers the phone was completely rude and actually said well just so you know we charge by weight. Didn't know I had to weigh my house to get it moved. Oh but it's okay because somehow they are booked up until january.

We used O'Brien's Moving & Storage for our move 5 months ago and it was a wonderful experience! The owner came to our home and gave us a bid. He was both professional and a pleasure to work with! The day of the move, the movers arrived on time and were able to pack up the whole house, 2,600 sq. ft in one day! The next day, they moved it into the truck and then drove and unloaded it into the new house. The movers did a wonderful job packing, especially my Waterford China. They also delivered boxes to each room and set up all of our beds. The bid was right on the number! We are so happy with our move! Thank you! I'll keep sending referrals!

This is an old review because we moved last year...but, we LOVED the service we received from O'Brien's. Christi in the office was amazing and the owners were gracious and precise. The boys who showed up for the job were speedy and efficient and worked their butts off! We had two truck loads, so we were an all day job and they were amazing. I would highly recommend them for your move.
