My wife and I both use CPAP machines. While doing research on providers, we kept getting good comments on Alpine Home Medical and specifically Will Jones. Since I was a new user of the equipment where as my wife had been using a CPAP for years thru a different provider, I had many questions. When I met Will he was very knowledgable and could answer all my questions easily. He was very patient with me and all my questions. My wife was having difficulties with her old CPAP so we went back to Will and he told us how to proceed with getting her an updated model like mine. My wife had a lot more questions which Will quickly answered and now we both have the same machines. Will explained how he monitors our CPAPs on-line and adjusts them when we are having minor problems. His adjustments are always within our doctors limitations specified in our prescriptions. The service by all those at Alpine has been first rate. Thanks

I will never go to this store again! I needed a simple walking cast. After waiting quite a long time to be helped, the lady asked me my shoe size, handed me a box, and sent me on my way (after taking a VERY long time to check me out. ) I get the thing home after hobbling on a painful broken toe only to find the thing didn't fit properly and did nothing to alleviate the pain. I try calling the store to see what I should do. THERE IS NO PHONE NUMBER AVAILABLE TO CALL THE STORE! It takes you to their head office, which was completely unhelpful. I went back to the store and asked for help making sure I get the right size (after waiting 20 minutes for help). I was informed that the lady I needed was out to lunch and there's no one else in the whole store who can help. At a medical supply shop. I asked to just try another size, it felt better, so I ask to exchange it. For another 15 minutes, 2 incompetent people tried unsuccessfully to perform the exchange. They assured me they would take care of it. One month later, I get a bill. They have charged both me and my insurance for 2 boots. The only reason I am giving 2 stars is because the billing office was helpful and has assured me they will take care of it. We will see.

From the moment I walked into the Idaho Falls branch of Alpine Home Medical I felt that I was being taken care of. Will took me aside and happily set up my CPAP machine for me, explaining everything I needed to know about how to use it. Then he helped fit me for a good mask, he invited me to come back in a week so he could readjust the machine based on the card's output (at no charge), and he described how he was going to help me go from 70 broken sleep episodes per hour, to under 5. Fantastic experience. These guys are experts, and they're friendly and budget-conscious and always glad to help. Five stars for sure.
