Rotech

I have had an awesome experience with Rotech. The new guy is very attentive and ready to help. He set up my husband and took care of him really quick. He is willing to go out of his way to help or answer any questions we have. So far, it has been a very smooth experience. I’d recommend it to anyone.

Rotech has been awesome with getting me all set up and helping me adjust to all of the new equipment. Jon has really gone out of his way to make sure that I have everything that I need and has helped me with any questions that I have had. Great job Rotech for all you have done for me and my family!

I have been trying to get into contact with them sense about December. Was hosbitalized because of Covid and doctors recomended this compony to me. All I want to do is pay the bill but for whatever reason they never can quite seem to get the right people on the line or can't manage me at that time. Starting last month, I now have an over charge fee for something I have been willing to pay sense December, this including the return of medical equipment and otherwise which they are now threatening to just take sometime next month. Tempted just to leave it out on the steps with a note saying "take it, your finally doing what I wanted you to do 4 months ago."

My husband is a disabled vet and his primary doctor thought oxygen might be a plus in his treatment. The VA hooked us up with this company, not by our choice! The staff is very rude, the delivery man had no helpful knowledge of the equipment and left the wrong sizes of houses but said 'they should work'. My husband had tried to contact them to reorder tanks but they never got back to him. He chose to stop the oxygen therapy and put a stop order in for them to pick up their equipment. The service has been terrible but as soon as they heard that a vet/government pay check was about to stop they contacted the VA immediately!! And we are still waiting on someone to pick up their stuff!!!

I would not recommend this company to anyone. Very rude and threatened too call the police for stolen property. Because of an insurance card. I work a lot so I haven’t been able to get it to them.

Rotech is an awful company haven't had a single good encounter.
