Norco Medical, Rexburg

New to the area from MS and called, months ago, to get my ostomy supplies setup with this local company. I was not in need, but wanted to make sure everything was in order for when I was ready to order. They called me several times, stating they had received all of my information and had the necessary information to place my order. This was great, but I still had plenty of supplies. Now, I am running low and called to place my order and they now need more information they tried multiple months to get me to place orders, stating they had all of my orders, approvals, and ostomy list. I will definitely be using someone else, as they have had months to get this straight and I have been more than willing and able to preemptively get all of this together. Edit: previous DME and insurance company both stated they did not need the information Norco is suddenly now needing. It's very frustrating to try and get ahead of the ball, especially with supplies, to be told you can place your order when ready, and then to be told they now need more information. To add: they never called to inform me. I had to call because I hadn't heard anything regarding my order confirmation.

The time had come to replace my CPAP machine. There was an issue with my insurance and Norco helped guide me all the way through. Norco never forgot me and finally the day came when I received my new CAPA machine. Thank you so much Norco. Curtis
