Norco Medical, Idaho Falls

I have asked 3+ times for them to send a driver to pick up their equipment with no one coming. I liked the driver who dropped off the equipment but now it's not needed. As of this posting I still have the equipment.

Awful company. Got a bilirubin light for my newborn. Employees are terrible. Explained we had left to help my husband's father because his wife my husbands mother died & couldn't take it back as we also didn't receive instructions on how to return it. We now have a bill off 1500 and they will not work with us. Awful company. Will NEVER associate with again

Terrible company, I left for Home Care Medical. Their not good either, but worlds better than NORCO who will take you to court over unpaid things you dont even remember not paying IE: its bs but how do you prove that.

Great experience for a bad situation. My wheelchair broke down. I called and Hector came to my home that same day. Parts had to be ordered and arrived quicker than expected.( one week) Hector called me that same day, picked up the chair, repaired and returned it that same day.. Chair not only worked great, but also looked great. Hector went the extra mile and cleaned and serviced the chair.
