TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL, MARGINALLY COMPETENT, INSULTING AND ABUSIVE. We asked Alpine Medical to install a power cable onto a new vehicle, so that we could utilize our scooter lift with that vehicle. The installer (Brent) they sent out initially seemed professional and polite. However, when we were asked to come out and verify the lift's operation, the power cable install was, to say the least, amateurish in its routing through the engine compartment; at termination, the plug-in for the lift was placed UNDER the vehicle, to the extent I would have had to crawl under the vehicle on the ground to connect and disconnect the power line to the scooter. That simply doesn't make sense for a disabled person needing a scooter to have to do. When we queried as to the line termination and engine compartment routing, Brent threw his "expertise" at us, stating that Pride Mobility made the kit, and that was the only option and my vehicle was just too long to do the job otherwise. I politely and evenly disagreed, and pointed out one easy internet source for the correct wiring supplies, Brent became angry and verbally abusive, literally cursing us, at length, with the worst possible crude and insulting language. Fearing for our safety, we withdrew into our home, and he drove away, screaming at us that we could "keep it for free." It seems obvious that Brent has significant anger issues. If he appears at our property again, we'll be calling the Jefferson County Sheriff for immediate assistance. Based on this experience, I must recommend against engaging Alpine Medical for any work of any type. We will no longer be patronizing their store for any purposes.

Never returns calls been calling daily for a week, it’s frustrating we need the equipment it was shipped two weeks ago tomorrow. Sad thing is we have no other choice but to use Alpine Medical.

They sold a used lift for 5000 as a new lift. My dad only used it for less than a month before he went back into the nursing where he eventually died. We are trying to get some of the 5000 cash back from them for the lift. They are only offering us 200 dollars for the lift. We bought a 5000 dollar that was told to us was a new wheelchair from this place and same thing. It wasn't new and only offering 200. We bought a lift for my dads truck. Which had been used only once! Only once. And they are only offering 200 for that. We spent 15,000 on equipment that was told to us that was new. But it was clearly used. They ripped us off the first time around and now they are trying to ripping us off a second time around. Don't Do Business With These Guys!!!!!! Go to an honest company.

If your phone number gets on their list, they will call you every day and leave the same voicemail. Every day. Every damn day. They obviously don't get a clue as they've been incessantly calling my phone every day for the last 2 months. I even blocked their number and they still leave voicemails trying to do a "wellness check".

My 90-year-old grandmother who has been in a wheelchair for 35 years. Has been trying to get her foot rest fixed since October 2016. Brent hardly calls her back and when he does answer he says he will get to it when he can. Five months is a long time to wait to get your wheelchair fixed. I understand businesses are busy but that's a little ridiculous and I would never recommend this company to anybody.
