This place is an absolute joke. Their on-call personnel have no idea what they are doing. They were THE most unhelpful company I have ever dealt with. My grandmother was traveling and their on call committed to delivering equipment that was damaged through travel, after not seeing them for 4 hours, I called back and sat on the phone with them for another 45 minutes (giving the exact information I had given the first call) where she again guaranteed me they were delivering the equipment) another hour later a different person called me to inform me that they were very sorry that someone from their company offered that, but they would be unable to deliver any equipment so "if she needed the equipment she could go to an urgent care or hospital!"
