Alpine Inn

Great service, delicious main dish and awesome dessert, nice calming atmosphere, and highly recommend you go. If you have to wait (which their usually is) it is well worth it and you won't be disappointed. The lettuce wedge with ranch dressing is amazing as well. The service is fast and you don't wait long for your food.

Food was great. Only 2 options for dinner but they are fantastic. Filet includes salad and baked potato. The price is amazing for steak. Service was quick and courteous and the restaurant was clean. Also a good selection of German beers at both the bar and restaurant.

For dinner the Alpine Inn only has two options, a vegetarian option and a bacon wrapped sirloin, which comes in two sizes, 6 oz. and 9 oz. The sirloin is delicious and is cook exactly how you order it. It comes with a salad with house dressing, a baked potato, and Texas toast. Even with the 6 oz. size it's a filling meal. The Alpine Inn doesn't take credit card, however, which may be an inconvenience to some, but helps to speed up the process. Overall, the Alpine Inn is a great place for anyone looking for a filling dinner in Hill City.

Best steak I've ever had. Every single time I go, it's the best. Service is amazing. Very friendly wait staff. There's usually a wait to get in but it's absolutely worth it.

Alpine Inn has a great overnight stay atmosphere. Very classic and romantic. The restaurant is exceptional both at lunch and dinner. Completely worth diverting to hill city. You must guy the Napoleon dessert. Must.
