Do not use GROUPON at this business!!! If you don't present the GROUPON when you drop off your items they will not honor it, even though, nothing is posted at the shop. If you do let them know you have a Groupon, the price of the work goes up significantly. In either case the GROUPON is of no value!!! Don't fall for this SCAM!

Overcharged. Gave me one price at drop off and different price at checkout. Rip off. Go someplace else. Shame because I have several other clothes I want to alter. Charged. $70 to adjust suit coat.

They do a very good job in altering clothes/ pants. But sometimes they didn't get it right (too tight, too long, too short) and when I ask for a re-do they gave me a hard time. Very poor customer service even though I go to them all the time. I have only asked for re-do twice out of 20-30 clothes that I sent them, and they gave me a very hard time. Wow! I definitely will go to some other place. If you don't want to deal with some rude girls, go and find some place else!

One star more than it deserved. Was rudely told to leave after I asked to be measured for a dress.
