Rude staff. Not quality work for the price. Staff members on the phone on personal calls, cussing and discussing personal business at the front desk openly. Other staff can barely communicate. Also pretty sure the staff makes up pricing and just randomly throws around expenses. Literally a God Awful experience and I will never go back.

Very rude and charged me 20.00 just to take up 2 sets of jeans length already had it pinned just needed them sewed. Never again

I took a pair of pants in to be hemmed and saw other reviews that stated customer service was lacking, but I am mostly there for hemmed pants. Fyi, their customer service still is lacking, but also the quality of the hemm​ was bad (see pic). I tried to resolve my issue in store and was given a number. I called that number only be told to call 3 days later. They would not have the manager call me. Not worth my time. I'm sorry for the bad review, I hope they learn and do better.

The work is decent, nothing to rave about. But what really upsets me is how unwelcome I feel every time I set foot in this establishment. I have given them multiple tries to improve their impression but every time I walk out I wish I had spent my money elsewhere with better customer service. The seamstress has very poor communication skills and doesn't appear to want to improve her attitude. While the location may be convenient, I will from now on take my business elsewhere.
