Lee's Tailor & Alterations

I have had several dresses hemmed & altered with Lee and she does great work! She always has a ton of items in there needing altered & offers to stay late to get them done on time (if you wait until the last minute on accident). Very reasonable prices! I highly recommend Lee's Alterations!

Excellent work on Granddaughters Cheer uniforms Also had patches and other work done. This lady reasonable and I love being loyal to quality local work!

I like to support local businesses, but the last 3 or 4 times we have taken items to be hemmed they have not been completed on time. The last time, we allowed 2 weeks to hem 4 tops and 5 pants. They were not ready. They agreed to stay late on the following day so we could pick them up after work. We showed up after work the next day; no one at the shop. Thankfully my brother-in-law could pick up the items the next day, but then one of the pants was missing from the bag that they gave him. So today I must call and ask about the last pair of pants. After this last episode, I have decided it is best to use another shop for our hems and repairs. Too much aggravation with missed dates and multiple trips. Wish I could report better about this business. My suggestion would be to use a first-come, first-serve method. I believe that would solve this huge problem. I'm only one person, but I'm surely not the only person with this problem with this service.

My husband asked for a half-break hem on 3 pairs of slacks for work. First off, she argued with him that he shouldn't do that. Secondly, she didn't let him try on all the pants! She only had him try on one pair and only pinned one leg. THEN when my mother-in-law picked them up and brought them to us, we noticed that one of the pants had one hem longer then the other! The other two pairs looked like nothing had even been done to them, and the one she did alter wasn't even pressed, so they had a bubbly cuff at the bottom. We're very disappointed and will not be returning.
