Great place for enterprise solutions! If you have business computer needs, these guys are the ones to know. Plus, there's tons of gadgets to satisfy a tinkerer or hobbyist. And obscure computer odds and ends for that last touch on a project needing one last part. Plenty of high-end PC parts, like video cards, processors, storage, and cooling as well. You can get bags to organize all your geeky parts and tools and everything to fill them with. Even batteries from buttons to power supplies.
The staff is always extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful.
Prices are going to be higher than buying on eBay, but there's nothing like walking out of a store with the exact parts you needed to finish the job...

Representative Adan was very helpful and knowledgeable. This store and representative were able to fix my HP desktop issues. Best Buy and Office Depot couldn’t and to determine and fix the issue it would take about 4-6 weeks. Adan was able to determine the issue and fix it within an hour and for much more less money than what those two companies wanted to charge. Highly recommend this company and Adan who was very patient as well.

Unfortunately, the best part about this store is the honesty with which they tell you they can't help you. Better off going to an online retailer, can or at least somewhere with more selection.

Was told that this was a great place to go for parts, staff was knowledgeable but their stock was unassuringly low. Things that we needed were out of stock, certain items such as the power supply was not tested before sale. Thus out of 3 items bought 2 were doa and returned next business day. It didn't help that a customer came in to complain that what he was told had fryed his new item. Never going back.

Cool place honestly, it has it all; from CPUs to zip ties and spare printer cords, this place almost has it all.
Although, the only downside is price (which can be a huge downside). There were some items there that was 10 or 20 bucks more than what you could get on Amazon or Newegg, so I can't say that it's too practical if you already have a good knowledge about hardware/programming on the platform of PC that you usually stick with.
However, this is a great place if you're in need of help, or are wanting to start fresh in the "build it yourself gaming PC" world, and you don't care for online help, and/or online help isn't helpful enough. The staff here are chill, and seem friendly enough to help you out on you hardware needs. They didn't bug me or my friend when we stopped by the store, and provided help when we asked for it.
Hope this place is able to stick around in a world of cheap online retailers.
