American Freight Furniture and Mattress

My experience with American Freight was absolutely horrid. The company subcontracts with the delivery company. I explicitly told the American Freight employee that the furniture would need to fit in the elevator, which is a standard size.That information should have been relayed from the employee to the delivery company. The delivery company required the cash to be paid at the door. I paid, and then the furniture would not fit in the elevator. The furniture was taken back, I canceled my purchase, but the delivery fee was not returned. American Freight was responsible to make sure my money was returned. Management needs classes on how to deal fairly with the consumer. I gave one star, but I would have preferred to give a big fat zero, if it were an option.

We came in today to get a new mattress. Archie was our sales representative, he helped us find a bed we liked in minutes. He asked us questions, and explained everything about the mattress in detail. He was extremely helpful and funny. We felt comfortable, it was a very good experience. We will be coming back for any other household needs!

Friendly, outgoing people. Not pushy salesmen. Very knowledgeable about the furniture they have. They listen to the customers needs. Luv this place!

Had a great experience. When we walked in my wife and I were approached by a salesmen named Curtis. He was not pushy at all. Curtis was very knowledgeable of all the products in the store. Helped us find exactly what we were looking for. The selection at this store was phenomenal. After we got the ball rolling the store manager Sean came over to make sure we were having a good experience. We are now leaving with a living room set for our home that fits perfectly. The prices and quality of furniture is tip top. When we are ready to add to our house we will definitely be coming back and asking for Curtis. Have a salesmen and furniture store for life.
