We spent approximately $3000 on new furniture for our home in December 2017. Although we were thrilled with the pieces we chose, we still do not have all our furniture (It is now February 13, 2018). The furniture being back ordered was really not the issue, but the lack of communication coupled with terrible customer service is...First, we were told our furniture would be delivered in mid December. Half of our order did come, but found out the remaining was back ordered until the last week of December. The last week of December came and went without ever being contacted. This is a COMMON, REOCCURING THEME... This has continued to happen an excessive amount of times (5 or more) that we have lost all faith in Levin’s culture and ethics. I am now sitting here writing this review after I have received one of my two missing pieces in disgust. Where to start? Our dining room table was broken upon delivery. The pedestal base was broken so the delivery people gorilla glued it back together. This is not acceptable! There were at least 3 scratches on the top surface and two screws are bulging through the top where it’s cracked the wood veneer!! The scalloped edges of our magnolia home line was also cracked and damaged. Levin’s answer to all of our issues has been to credit us $100. Quite frankly I wouldn’t want to give them anymore business! Today we were informed they will exchange the table, but once again have to wait for delivery to contact us...just to be let down again? Shame on you Levin’s! I would recommend going elsewhere

Went there for a couch. PJ helped me and was great, above and beyond. I even had an issue with my new apt which resulted in me having to delay pickup of my couch and they held it for as long as they could at the warehouse free of charge until I figured something out.

After almost 3 months I still feel the same way, so I am writing a review. We purchased an expensive sectional from Levin Furniture. Delivery was a nightmare. The sectional was DROPPED three times as they were bringing it into my home. Thank goodness my husband came home from work, because they also got it stuck on the ceiling somehow and he had to help them. We decided to just have the sectional set it up on the opposite side of the room since we would need to rearrange it before the holiday and I just wanted them to leave. I did call and report our delivery issues to our salesman who suggested I call service. I should have insisted immediately that I wanted a new sofa. The suggested we turn it over and let them know if there was any damage. Four legs were damaged as well as one cushion which they agreed to replace. In the meantime, a few weeks later, we noticed we had ordered the incorrect configuration. We didn’t realize it because it was not set up where it would normally be. When I called to ask if I could replace with the correct configuration I was informed it was past the 7 days and they could not do anything about it. After many phone calls to Levin, (weeks) being transferred to many different customer service reps, trying to reach headquarters, being given the run around, they finally agreed they would replace it but at a 35% restocking fee which would have been almost $800.00. Ridiculous! We will never again purchase anything from Levin Furniture. Not only was our furniture damaged when delivered and handled like they were discarding an old piece of furniture their customer service did not care. Hopefully when the new legs get delivered and the cushion replaced it matches what we have (We decided to keep it, I was not paying that much to replace it). I’m not happy with the purchase and will be reminded every time I look at the sectional of the awful service I received from Levin Furniture.

Is every other item here a top seller? A lot of choices on couches, but we didn't find one that matched our tastes. Seems there is always some type of promotion or sale going on though.
