I purchased a beautiful dining table and chairs for a very reasonable price. My salesman, Dewitt, was very helpful and attentive. The delivery drivers arrived on time and quickly assembled the pieces. I am completely satisfied with my experience and I will continue to be a loyal customer.

We have purchased all our furniture from john v. But will never again.... spent the extra money for a WARRANTY and a board broke on one of our recliners.... we have cats and some of the upholstery is ripped ( which we didn't want replaced) we only wanted our recliner fixed or replaced... we where told that the 300 warranty that we purchased was null and void because of neglect.... our you kidding me... the recliner broke. So I will tell all of my friends and family NEVER to purchase anything from you guys.....by the way we have a 5 year warranty and it's been 4 1/2 years.

This place is horrible the salesman say everything is included with a purchase when it's not first off. Then the delivery guys try to hide stuff they ran over mailbox and said nothing. And then find out the mattress purchased was ripped and the delivery guys never said anything about that neither. And when you try to talk to the people in the office they say there gonna transfer you to the GM and it goes to voicemail when they stated she was no longer busy. This has been nothing but a bad experience don't suggest to do business with this place. They will try to give you the run around like they have been so far with me. Update to the review still getting nothing but the run around. Will never purchase anything from this place again terrible mistake. Hope people read this review and learn from my mistake.

Stopped in to look for a new couch this evening with my wife. A gentleman introduced himself and assured us he'd check in with us in a few minutes. While there were plenty of staff who walked directly by us not a single person at any point offered any kind of assistance in the hour or so we were looking around. Furniture was nice, a shame they couldn't take the time to speak with us. Will find somewhere else that values our business.

I just had a very pleasant experience purchasing a couch at Jon V. I worked with Morgan and she was delightful and humorous and made the process very easy. I certainly hope this couch lives up to my expectations but I am confident if there are any concerns that Morgan will be able to assist me. I’d also like to add that I appreciate that the store has a diverse workforce and hope that’ll continue in the future. Follow up: I received my couch today and I love it. The delivery men were friendly and efficient. Overall, I’m very pleased.
