The most underrated place in McCall. It’s tricky to find because it’s below the Yacht Club, but definitely worth your time when you visit. It’s easily some of the best food in town and the prices are reasonable. Love their creative takes on some of their dishes but if you’re also feeling less adventurous, tacos and fish n chips are available. Our waitress (wish I remembered her name!!!) was incredibly impressive. They were slammed and it appeared she was the only head staff there and she was crushing it. Attentive and giving every table the love they deserve but was quick and efficient. Truly some of the best serving skills I’ve seen! She was brunette, maybe mid 30s?? If this sounds familiar give her a raise ASAP!!! Can’t wait to come back.

Outstanding food. Negative ratings are incomprehensible to me. The three best meals we have eaten in McCall were here. Lamb chops are superb. Salmon exquisite. Side dishes alone are worth the visit. If you want steak and potatoes look elsewhere: This is serious cuisine for folks who know the difference.

Good dive bar. Wasn't around for dj/dance floor scene... Has to be interesting in McCall, ID. Coolest thing: They have a dumbwaiter! Google it if you're dumb.

Tired of burger joints and pizza restaurants in McCall? The anchor's menu never disappoints offering up super interesting fare at a range of price points. Always delicious and well presented with a great view of the lake to boot! One of my favorites McCall eatery's.

This place is probably, potentially great. My wife loved the duck. But for our first experience I had the worst "steak special" I ever had in my life. It was a tri-tip for $12. I might have known (and will from now on ) you canNOT get a good steak for 12 bucks!! It took me 3 days to get the taste out of my mouth. I should have passed on the "special" and just ordered off the menu. So, that's my warning!! Lake views and separate bar...also with fantastic lake view...are plusses.
