Aura European Mediterranean Restaurant

I can’t say much really except wow! All of this for a little of that. I’ve never had such wonderful experience as I did here. We had a group of 12 come to the strip mall restaurant and we were not disappointed. The food was so good that we had them cater a few of our Family graduations. If you’re into eating right saving money and eating five star this is your spot.

Best traditional Hungarian Goulash Soupe I have had since leaving Europe. Amazing Russian Borscht that leaves you craving more. Everything on the menu has wonderful flavors without being too rich or overwhelming. Everything is handmade in house, you can taste the difference. If you want traditional European and Mediterranean food, you have to eat at Aura. The atmosphere is elegant, intimate, and comfortable. Since finding this diamond in the rough it has quickly become my favorite restaurant, making me miss home a little less.

All the food was amazing, very good for the price, great atmosphere. The only issue was there was only one waitress and although she was very attentive and super nice for all the tables she had, there was a bit of a wait between seeing her and some people had to wait a while to be sat; Besides that it was a great experience.

Fantastic food, amazing menu! Be sure to visit this little gem - you will be coming back again! Highly recommend - such a wonderful addition to the Abq restaurant scene!

I'm giving this place 3 stars instead of 1 because, to be fair, I did not get to taste their food, so I'm being generous. Waited 10 minutes after being sat and never saw our server, nobody greeted us, and we weren't even given menus. Service is just as important as the food. 1 star for service. Update: regarding your response, you have the nerve to lecture me on how I should have handled it and how I'm supposed to write a review? I originally gave you 3 stars because that's the best you would have gotten from me even if the food had been good. You messed up. You failed in making a good first impression. You only get one chance and you blew it. No part of that is my fault. How rude. Shame on you. Changing my rating to 1 star.
