El Pinto Restaurant

Nice place for dinner. We arrived to a parking lot full if cars. My first thought was of a 39 to 45 minute wait. I was so wrong. We were seated immediately and once inside I understood why. This place is huge. 3 large covered outdoor patios and inside seating. The look and feel is old New Mexico with large wood beams for the roof, well placed fountains, brick floors. It was fantastic. The margaritas we're good and the tequila list was a full page of choices. We had the Nacho's and Ribs. Amazing food and service. Faye was fantastic! She had wonderful food suggestions and custom designed margaritas for us based upon our preferences. Make a reservation in advance! You will not be disappointed!

Rocco, our server, couldn't have been better! And Z-----, who he was training, as well. What a lovely evening we had. The food and service were both superb, and a truly beautiful place.

The lady seating us, Antonette, was awesome. We are planning our wedding and like to go visit when it isn’t an official wedding visit to see the typical food/quality. She gave us an excellent tour and explained the history, founding, holiday/seasonal events... amazing. But — Our food and service was a different story. My dish came out cold and incorrect. We had to refill our own water glasses twice. I had to ask a manager for a box and our check. While the facility is beautiful there are much better food options for far cheaper, with better service.

The experience was outstanding. Our waiter anticipated our every need and met them before we could ask. The food was authentic, fresh,and prepared to perfection. The patio seating was perfect. And the entire evening was memorable.
