Elephant Bar Restaurant

Went here for dinner. My husband ordered the jambalaya. He said it was very tasty. I ordered the pit roast and, unfortunately, it was tough and the veggies were undercooked. I don't usually send food back but this just was not cooked well. I reordered the turkey melt sandwich which was good. If not for the service, I would rate this experience a '2'. Our server, Haley, was very attentive and accommodating. So, make sure you thank her for this rating!

I will say the food here is pretty bad. I had the Parmesan Chicken & Shrimp and to be honest it was mediocre at best. My girlfriend had some type of noodles with Salmon and lets just say that it went down hill for her really fast. The broth was super sweet like if they had thrown a cup of sugar in it. Disgusting! She was not able to finish the rest and I tried to finish it for her with no such luck. Once we got home she started throwing up and got a serious case of food poisoning. I got a little queasy but because I only had a bit it wasn't as bad. I will not return! I don't about there other food but I would definitely avoid those to dishes!

Good service. Great drink, food was good as well. Just a couple of little maintenance issues would make it perfect. Step up management.

This was a good place when it opened. No it is now looking dated and worn down. All the round stools at the bar eating area shake and wobble. And many tables are old and scuffed to the degree that the edges show bare wood. Food was somewhat ok, not great.

I realize it's Albuquerque, but I expected more from this location. One of the best bar layouts I've seen, but the bartenders need some guidance.
