Always love stopping at the frontier when passing through Albuquerque! The vibes are so unique in this place and the food is extremely delicious!! My favorites have always been their handmade tortillas and their irresistible sweet rolls. Some how they always taste so perfect! The restaurant is handicap accessible. The parking lot is not huge and sometimes you have to park farther away when the restaurant is full. This place is usually fairly crowded. I had the pleasure of coming around 4 p.m when there weren't many people.

Stand in line to order, they give you a number and display it on a board when it's ready - and it was FAST. Very good - but if you don't handle spicy well, make sure you specify because it was pretty peppy for a standard burrito. Wife's enchiladas has mildest green sauce, but still spicier than a lot of places - but she liked them. Parking is a bit of a zoo, and in narrow alleys behind with warning signs about 45 minute limits, etc. Not exactly scenic, but the food is good and not expensive - maybe $25 for two plates and drinks.

Pretty good, although a bit expensive. The place is often crowded but has an appropriately large working staff during its busiest hours, so you never have to wait for very long. BUT! BUT! Be wary of the homeless. This can’t be understated; they meander around constantly for handouts and food to steal (don’t leave your tray unattended). If you’re lucky, there may be a cop or two hanging around trying to ward them away.

MUST VISIT... LOCAL dive but all the locals love it... awesome homemade Fresh Tortillas... this is Mexican/Native/southwestern Cowboy trail food at its finest... but it's not fine dining it's EVERYONE dining... you will definitely remember your visit to Albuquerque by eating here

Great homemade style food in a hurry at a great price. A must visit for tourists and a popular hangout for college students from the University of New Mexico. Tex-Mex menu including wonderful cinnamon rolls.
