I bought my truck from you about 6 months ago. There was an issue with the heat that you guys fixed. While doing so they messed up my ac so I had to bring it back to you this week to have it fixed which is a very long drive for me. I figured I would have you do an inspection while I was there. It started with a phone call and you guys said that I had to put all new rotors on and would be about $800. You then told me that it was the same cost to clean the existing rotors because they were so bad so I might as well put on new. I agreed. I then called back because this didn't make sense and said I do not believe they are that bad and you can replace them, but I want my old rotors back so I can see how bad they really were. After saying that, they changed there mind and said they could be refreshed for half of the price and would be fine so I went that route..... (good thing I called him on that). I then came to pick up my truck. I paid the bill then looked at my receipt. I found that I was charged a lot of money for something that should not have been on there. Luckily I saw that and went back in and she shrugged it off like mistakes happen all the time and not a big deal, then credited my money back. After wasting half of my day down there again I left and made it 10 minutes down the road and realized whoever inspected my truck didn't even do something as simple as check he blinkers because my tail light and blinker bulb were still out. Who knows what else wasn't done. I called back and was told that I could bring it back but would have to wait again. At this point I was late to get back to work so couldn't waste the rest of my day there. Now I have to try and find the bulbs and do it myself after bringing it to your shop to have it fixed. I have bought 4 vehicles from you guys and this last one I purchased was over $50k. It is a real shame how I have been treated after spending so much money with you guys over the years and am sure that there will be no compensation or resolution to the continuing problems I am having. We had an awesome experience! Our sales guy Mike was great. So nice and helpful. He made us feel like more than just another sale...Bonus is that he got us approved for a great car and $0 down! So happy and we will be going back in the future.

By far THE best auto dealership! Unbelievable salespeople, management, knowledge and personalities! I will NEVER shop anywhere else for a vehicle. This dealership should set the standards for every other dealership. Fantastic car buying experience!!!!!

I wanted to upgrade from an 8 year old SUV Crossover vehicle with high mileage. Salesperson Crystal Stevens greeted us at the door and throughout the purchase process provided excellent service and support. At our age, new cars are much more complex. We bought a 2018 F150 XLT and it has numerous options. Crystal took time to explain everything, answer our questions and was very patient as we tried to understand it all. Gabby was also very friendly and helpful during paperwork time. Very enjoyable and low pressured experience. Thank you all.

John worked hard communicating with me via email and Eric did an excellent job getting my family into a truck that met our needs. Great service from people happy to help!
