This dealer was the best car dealership I’ve ever experienced in my life. I went from one dealership who told me I would not be able to get my dream car to this dealership who helped me achieved that. Chris K. And Chevy Was very much helpful and helped me achieved my goals. Tim gave me a piece of mind when it came to choosing my warranty. I have never in my life been treated with so much love and respect from any dealership than a dealership like this. I found the car of my dreams, and a place I can continue to keep coming back to. I’m beyond excited and I have Merchants to thank for that. I would highly recommend this place to any and everyone who is in the market for a car. They’ll definitely do what they can to make you leave happy and not rush you, or pressure you with anything. Thank you so much merchants auto!

This was our second time visiting merchants. First time was to sell our car. the second was to buy one! we walked around the lot looking at all the different vehicles to get an idea of what we were looking for... just when we decided between two ANDY DAVIS came out and asked if we needed help. he let us sit in both and i feel in love with the Chevy Equinox :) before we knew it we were sitting with him and discussing our options. he was extremely helpful and determined to make it happen for us today. We bought our new car! thank you Andy! definitely a great experience and highly satisfied!

My wife needed a new car because hers blew up this morning and it would of cost too much to fix. As we were driving to Merchant's, it started raining and she began to cry. She has never had a good experience at a dealership, so she was apprehensive about going. She definitely needed a new car, so we had to start somewhere. Since I had a great experience with buying my truck and my mother's car at Merchant's, this was the first place that we went. My wife test drove 2 vehicles and liked them both. We talked about each vehicle and then made a decision. Our salesman Joe was wonderful and helpful. He could tell that my wife was not happy about being here. This is not what we had planned on doing today after both of us working our 24 hour shifts; but it was necessary. He made my wife smile and laugh. This is a good thing! The experience was the best that my wife has ever experienced. She is happy with her decision.

John Hannon makes your car buying experience wonderful! He takes the time to give you all the information you need and goes over all your options. He was never pushy, and made us feel completely comfortable. I loved that I could fill out the credit app online and search for vehicles through the website. I went into Merchants knowing exactly what I wanted to buy and they helped make that happen without feeling rushed and we left feeling extremely satisfied with our purchase. John introduced us to the service department before we left so that when I come back for routine maintenance I know exactly where to go and who to see. I would highly recommend John and his expertise to anyone in the market for a vehicle at Merchants!

Merchant Auto is one of the greatest dealerships I ever been too. Everyone is very knowledgeable and the staff members made us feel like we were part of their family. Joe C. is an excellent salesperson. He was determined to find our perfect vehicle and he made sure we were satisfy with our decision of our purchase.
