In a word Daryn Turner is amazing. He made our car buying experience so easy. Without a doubt he is the most thorough and attentive car salesperson my husband and I have ever had in our 30 years’ of marriage. He was happy to explain every option to ensure that I felt comfortable with my new Ford Edge. I highly recommend Daryn to anyone who wants to enjoy buying a car. More words to describe Daryn: attentive, responsive, helpful, knowledgeable and just plain nice. I could go on and on. I will definitely go back to Ford of Londonderry for my next Ford. The entire staff there including the Service Department was outstanding!!!

I had a great experience at Ford of Londonderry buying my first car. I worked closest with Bob and Chuck who were both extremely helpful guiding me along the way. They were available by phone throughout the entire process and quick to answer any questions as well as send over any paperwork I needed. The experience was very nice, it was a partnership with everyone working together. I would definitely go back for my next car. Thanks team!

I've been looking at trucks on line for months and targeted 3 brands with the 2018 F-150 being on top of the list. Michelle and Raul did a great job of demonstrating the features during the test drives. And Roger the sales manager worked hard to meet my price target. Chuck was also fun to deal with and didn't push at all on purchasing extra's. I have to say this was one of the best buying experience I've had in a long time. I've owned several brands of pickup trucks and this was the first time I was actually able to negotiate a price I was comfortable with at a Ford dealership.

I have not bought from here, but I have had my car serviced here, and I recently (April 2018) considered buying a Ford against other brands in the subcompact SUV class. While the car did not turn out to be the best match for my needs, my salesperson, Daryn, was helpful, friendly, warm, and low-pressure.
As for their service department, back in 2014/15, they were fantastic to me. Friendly, helpful. Not too quick on a Saturday, and "dealership service" pricing, of course, but overall a pleasant, stress-free experience. I am a woman, but they spoke to me with respect, and on the appropriate level for my knowledge base (moderate) for anything my car needed.

Haven't had to buy a new car for quite awhile and almost dreaded the prospect of the car buying experience again, but my husband and I were pleasantly surprised by the whole process. John Kowack was absolutely wonderful. No pressure, made sure we found the vehicle that was right for us at the right price and definitely went out of his way to make us feel comfortable.Would highly recommend this dealership.
