Best Ford Lincoln

I had a great experience at Best Ford Lincoln in Nashua, NH! My sales man, Mike Smokler was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. I was certainly not an easy customer to deal with and was uncertain about what to get for about 9 months before finally ordering. Mike never pressured me into buying and did not overwhelm me with calls but always made sure to keep me updated and informed when needed. If you are looking to buy a vehicle, I highly recommend this dealership and suggest you ask for Mike when you go! You won't be disappointed.

Drove into the garage yesterday and was immediately greeted by Craig Fenlason who wrote up my service order. I went in for a state inspection and it was completed in a timely manner. Craig escorted me to the cashier when my car was ready and my car was parked right out front. It's more than obvious that the service experience has been updated - this was a much more positive experience than the last time I went in. Very pleased! It was also nice to see Carol again - she is very sweet. Thanks to Mike and the whole team for the improvements!

I purchased a used mustang GT from these people, and I have to say for my first experience, it was like someone rolled out the red carpet! They couldn't do enough for me! I really like my salesman, John Mannas Has was a straight shooter and Him and his team I feel went over and above to make my dream come true! I had been dealing with another ford dealer for over 2 weeks, with a hour John and Tom had this done for me.. They even called me a couple days later to make sure I was happy with my purchase.. I would give these people 10 stars if I could.. IF you are looking for a Ford or a good used car or truck, please look up john and Best Ford, you cant go wrong with these people. Tom Henderson

Bought a Mustang from Best Ford and will definitely be headed back for more cars as I need them. Mike my Sales Manager was incredibly helpful and the whole team was nice and professional. I don't ever rate things on Google, so for me to take the time to do this is saying something.
