Absolutely incompetent dealership. They do not have a qualified tech on staff to work on C4 generation corvettes, but, they have the ability to write up the issues and fail you on a State inspection. My car was brought there to have an ABS pump replaced and troubleshoot a SES lamp that comes on after warm-up. It needed a sticker as well. They had my car for 3 days, left a freshly detailed car outside in the rain and instead of doing the ABS pump, they did an inspection, writing up items that they cant get parts for (Aftermarket is still alive and well in all items they wrote up) and I have a failed inspection. DID NO WORK and informed me the Service Manager is uncomfortable working on this car as nobody has worked on one in their shop for quite awhile. They recommended I go to a muscle shop. ARE YOU FOR REAL? GM should take away their BOW TIE Immediately!

My family has been going here for years and have purchased all of our cars there for as long as I can remember! Most of the employees have been there for 10+ years and there is a very familial vibe. Everyone is always very happy and helpful, but not in a fake kind of way. They genuinely care! Plus, they are usually able to get the work done a bit ahead of schedule due to excellent mechanics and an efficient workplace. My current car, a 2014 Cruze, will be paid off in a few years, and I will definitely be going back when it's time for my next one!

We purchased a certified 2016 Suburban in August of 2017 and the sales experience was easy. Come Dec 2017 we had to replace the brakes and Betley split the cost of the job with us eventhough we put 10k miles on the car since its purchase. I called to complain and the service manager Greg was understanding and easy to work with. The job cost $497 much less than the $1100 quoted. Betley stands behind its cars. great experience.

Amazing crew, attention to detail is impeccable. Extremely personable and honest. I will never go elsewhere, they are my #1 choice.

My wife and I had an awesome experience at Betley! we recently decided to lease a new vehicle, and were having a very frustrating experience with other dealerships we had visited. On a whim we stopped into Betley because it was close to our house. We spoke with Dave Nelson, and what was originally supposed to be just a simple visit to look at cars to lease turned into us giving Betley our business. It sounds cliche but in our experience, it really WAS a hassle free process. Dave was outstanding to deal with, took the time to explain all the little details to us and was incredibly hospitable to our family while we were there. We will absolutely be going back to Dave at Betley in the future.
