to sum it up, stay far away, they could be a great place but it has it's issues that need to be worked out internally before anyone should have to go through them. 5/1/2018 Just to add to this to make sure that the statement is read correctly by the "Owner" first off when when a salesmen says "be a man" to a customer is just amazing. and the A+ rating by one person and anyone who tries to leave a negative review gets a lovely response of "the customer must be mistaken, we've never worked with them" I should mention i have reached out to the BBB to ensure that they have all of the documentation proving that we have done business. I should also make note that calling me a "troll" is so becoming of a supposed "business man" . but also it should be noted releasing private information just goes to show how easy it is to prove that compliance is not a strong suit and data security isn't at the top of their game. now where should i begin sense Comet signed the cancellation as my bank reports, telling me 1 of 2 things either (hypothetically speaking) they wanted to scam me, or they wanted to insure they got more money out of me. so where do we stand. well simply put releasing private information of a customer whether being their job status or financial information, calling them names for whatever the "owner" though he would gain, and proving my point about the "Internal problems" this company has. it sounds like a concession to me, it really sounds like everything I've said was true and it really wasn't all that hard to please me in that sense because i ended up at Ira Toyota buying a car the next day for a better deal than you "salesman" gave me. so thank you for your concern there but really it wasn't that tough. Good Game Sir I'll be reporting these actions to the BBB as well and dropping a line to anyone possible to make sure I get this rectified in a positive manor, we can only hope the name calling is left in the sandbox this time with the rest of the children. _________________________More Info____________________________________ Shopped around a bit started with Comet and was happy with the service up till a point, I knew there would be issues going into this but all i was truly looking for was their salesmen to show some integrity instead i was told "that's being a man" and bullied by their sales manager Nick Multon, on top of that they claim that they "have never done business with me" too bad i have all of the phone records and my paper work to submit to the Better Business Bureau along with their 1 review for their A+ rating, I will continue to fight that battle because it's worth it to me to give people honest reviews. still haven't gotten' my $500 refund for my down payment back but that I'll have to report to my bank instead and let them investigate further. I have never been so poorly treated by a salesmen in my life and I've worked with plenty on a good note though they do have an okay selection, simply put if only they could get their act together a bit and actually follow what they say they're going to do that would be amazing. maybe even worth giving another chance but at this point not gonna' happen. _____________________________________________________________________

I went in just like any other potential first car owner does, unsure of what to expect and with a sense of dread because the looming thought of being rejected is always very real, but I can honestly say that these guys will bend over backwards to help you out. I’m extremely happy/satisfied about my experience and I am planning on spreading their name to ANYONE needing a vehicle without a headache while getting to deal with people who have hearts.

bought my 2012 jeep compass from Jesse @ comet. low pressure but full attention. process was so easy. but above all, attention and service after the sale. had a small issue with brakes on my purchase and these guys jumped through hoops to accommodate and rectify situation. couldn't be happier and if you are searching for a place to buy..this is it.

I can honestly say that this is the best place I've ever bought a car. No pressure sales at all!! Vehicles are in great shape and the prices are awesome. Salesman Jason was very nice and knowledgeable about the car I was buying. If your looking for a great deal and don't want any pressure in buying then I would say buy here. You won't regret it!! Tell them Deb the Maillady sent you. They buy cars too even if your not buying anything.
