Bonneville and Son Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

I came to Bonneville just to browse my options and look into financial opportunities. Rick, sales rep, came right out and asked to help me with all of my questions. He was very educated on the RAM Trucks and all the features that would be best suited for me. We picked a truck and went on a test drive. It was clean, well presented and also had been taken care of very well. I did end up discussing the payment opportunities and decided to drive away with the truck that day. I am very happy with my decision and as a first time Car buyer, Rick treated me very well walking me through every step of the process with patience and my interests in mind. I will continue to return and recommend you do as well.

I had been putting off buying a new car for one reason. I didn't want to go into a dealership and hassle with a salesman who wanted to get me into something that wasn't right for me or that I couldn't afford. But, sitting down at Bonneville and dealing with Jay and Dan was nothing like I expected it to be. I felt like they were really there to help me. Not to just sell me a car. Of course, that's the main goal, but it was more than that. They were patient and understanding and went above and beyond to help me get the SUV that was right for me and within my budget. I love my new ride and I couldn't be happier! I would recommend Bonneville, especially Jay and Dan, to anyone looking for a pleasurable car buying experience.

Emailed Rick telling him exactly what I was looking for. That included type of car as well as the experience I wanted...or didn't want. I told him I would do my homework and be ready to buy to avoid the car buying dance. He promptly responded saying he would work for me to find the car I wanted and make it a quick experience. He did exactly as he said he would and I was there less than 2 hours and had a deal that worked for me. He was great at pickup reviewing the entire car and getting me in and out again. Highly recommend asking for Rick when you go to Bonneville & Son.

We have had some terrible experiences with car dealers! We were pleasantly surprised by the great experience we had. Honesty, timeliness, communication, service driven...just a few words to describe our salesman Michael Raymond. We will most definitely be returning for all our service needs and future purchases. We appreciate the fact that nothing was fake, you were up front and did not play games.... We love our jeep, thank you!

Matt Chagnon greeted my wife and I at the entrance to the dealership and asked who we were looking for at the dealership and could he help us find that person? That person was busy, so Matt helped us on the spot, no waiting. He located several truck models/colors that we were interested in, worked up some prices to see if they would work? We told Matt what our maximum $$ budget was and he succeeded in finding us "more " truck than we had hoped for and came under our budget by several $$ a month. What more can you ask for?? and a full tank of gas to boot.
