Dealing With Grappone Was an amazing experience. Professional and courteous Staff. FAR Above and beyond any other dealership I've ever dealt with. Staff was Extremely Personable and Down to earth. Made buying experience a pleasure, very relaxing and positive. The attention they pay to there vehicles and Customers is unmatched. I Would recommend Grappone to anyone looking for a Quality vehicle. The transparency of pricing at Grappone is excellent. It is so nice to know I can look at vehicles online, know exactly what price the dealership is offering and what rebates I am eligible for. I was able to price my lease right online and the price when I came in was exactly what I was expecting. Additionally, the online care team was extremely responsive and helpful. I think all dealers should model after Grappone!

I'm partial to Ford. When I bought my new ford, I went to a dealership that was much more local to where I am living now. And that had nothing to do with any complaints I had about Grappone. When I had my Ford Taurus, I always brought it to them for service. They kept me well informed throughout the whole process. They did whatever they could to help keep the cost of any necessary repairs down, WITHOUT sacrificing qualify. I came to trust them very much, knowing that they would never steer me wrong. They always cared more about doing what was right than what was most profitable. The service manager at the time (who I'm sure by now has accepted a well-deserved promotion) kept me in the loop every step of the way and took good care of me.

We bought TWO new cars during our visit to Grappone because our sales person was stellar in every way! Their business model really kept us feeling comfortable the whole way and it was nice they had a play area for young kids because it kept my daughter occupied during the down times. The Grappone Difference really should become the standard for other car dealerships!

Great service dept. Left my car, after hours, with a vague note about my problem and my important business meeting I had to get to. By 7:45am they had a man on it, figured out the problem and called me to report. Bob, service advisor, at Grappone Ford is great.
