Outstanding experience. After my trusty yet ancient Focus finally died, I gave these guys a try. Dan B in sales was terrific. Worked to get me into a previously owned Focus at my price point. No hard sell. More like a gentle push (sorry, Dan). Stayed in constant contact throughout the purchase process. Delivered beautifully detailed car to my house. Returned my rental car! New Focus came with a generous warranty. Drew in Finance hustled to get me a payment plan I could live with. Knowledgeable and personable. Very pleased.

Had a great and relaxing experience at Autofair Ford Manchester! Bruce Baird the salesman was very inviting, kind , humble and understanding to my budget and needs in a newer f-150! Complete relaxed and enjoyable experience. His manager Andrew was understanding and responsive in trying to find a truck for my budget. They both worked great as a team and very friendly and understanding. All went well and smooth all the way through to the financing team in the back led by a very kind Shawn. Would definitely send others looking for a vehicle their way. Thanks guys!!

I went in hoping to trade in my 2011 Ford Escape of which I was upside-down in. I wanted to upgrade. The salesman I had didn't waste my time showing me cars and getting my hopes up, he got me approved first then showed me a 2017 Ford Escape. I drove away happy. 2 Thumbs up AutoFair Ford!! 2 Thumbs up Fabio!!

A young man who met me at the door, his first name is Austen, I don't remember his last name, was very helpful and courteous. When I leased the truck I was interested in, he was most patient with me in demonstrating and setting up all the features in my new F150 Platinum. He is to be commended for his acumen and conscientiousness.The 5 stars is for his performance, only. The rest of my experience was exhausting.

I was very happy with the service I received at Auto Fair on Monday, Memorial day. Mr Ormond was very knowledgeable and he went out of his way to show me vehicles and give me all the details on each vehicle so that I would have an easy time making my decision. I was very happy that there was no pressure, just details so that I had an easy time of it to make a decision.
