I brought my Dad to The Toy Store today to look at a Toyota that he had seen advertised. I have to say that we had the absolute best experience there today! Everyone was very kind, helpful and accomodating. All of our questions were answered with no hard sell. They assisted my father in obtaining and completing all of the paperwork and really made the entire process very easy. The service is absolutely wonderful. I can not say enough great things about The Toy Store and the people that work there. Thank you so much!

Bought a 2008 honda civic si from them, when i first drove it there were some issues. The clutch seemed to be going and for some reason the car sounded as if one of the tired were wobbling. They denied it needed a clutch even tho 4 months later the car wasnt driveable cause the clutch went. The wobbling they insisted was my spoiler because of the “down force” i let them remove the spoiler (which they did a crappy job at) and when it was done the wobbling was still there. I had asked how much it would be to install a clutch that i have already purchased and they told me 600-800 dollars. The next morning i go to a shop in methuen and got it put in for $300 and their was nothing wrong after installation. Last time i’ll ever shop there
