Lovering Volvo Cars Meredith

My experience with Lovering Volvo in Meredith was a great one! It was a pleasure to deal with Roger, Brian, and BettyAnn. They worked hard to get the deal done and prep the car. The overall takeaway is that they are not just professional and want to sell cars but they want to make it as enjoyable for the customer as possible. We will definitely be back for more! One more thing to mention is that, when I was struggling with their coffee machine (super technical right?) one of the staff realized I was having a crisis and came right over with a smile to help out. : )

Our experience at Lovering Volvo was fantastic. Dick Hastings was friendly, easy going and not pushy...he helped us figure out just what we wanted. BettyAnn was equally friendly and efficient with the paperwork. They took the hassle out of buying a car! Thank you!

I purchased a car from Lovering a few weeks, and it has been an amazing experience. I saw the car online, purchased over the phone, and had it delivered. Everyone was polite, respectful, and efficient. After I had taken delivery of the car I noticed that one of the LED headlights was out. I e-mailed them, and they sent a driver out to pick up the car, leave a loaner, and fix the vehicle. Really top-notch customer service and buying experience.

I just purchased a used vehicle and am so happy with my experience here. The sales staff were all super friendly, knowledgeable, and fun. BettyAnne was fabulous and crazy efficient with the closing paperwork. I dreaded buying a vehicle because of the pressure to make a sale, but I honestly never once felt like this was, in any way, about them closing a deal. From the beginning, it was about finding the perfect car for me that was affordable and going to hit all my needs and wants in a vehicle. They did a fabulous job! I am SO happy with both my experience and my new-to-me car. Thanks to Brian and BettyAnne. And Dick... he just made us smile every time he talked to us.

I was referred by a co-worker who spoke highly of the team here. After seeing for myself how phenomenal the whole team is I purchased a car with Lovering, it was the best experience I have ever had while working with a dealership. They all make you feel very welcomed, explain everything you will need to know and there is no pressure to rush into a sale which is so beyond any other experience you might get elsewhere. They make you feel at home while you're there and are always great with their amazing service. They have officially gained another life long customer! And a huge shout out to Brian for being absolutely amazing with the whole process! Can't wait to see you all for my next car service!!!
