Rochester Ford

Called several weeks ago to see if they had loaner cars. The man in the service dept. said they were working on it and I should call back in a week. I called on May 2 and got Rob in the service dept. and asked the same question. He couldn't give me a straight answer. He started giving me the third degree. I could tell that he was stressed out. Got short with me, didn't like his tone. I said "thanks Rob but never mind, I'll go back to Irwin Ford" where I did get a loaner car. Too bad, Rochester is more convenient to me.

Very great to deal with Stephen Roy is very good. Explains every thing thoroughly. Mark in finance is very good. He made are Ford buying work.

We got in an accident in January of 2017 took it to Rochester Ford for the work. First they took longer then they said. Then after finally getting it back weeks later our front bumper was not put on straight. An issue my husband was upset with but I convinced him not to go back it wasn't that big of a deal. Now a about a year and a half later our clear coat in one of the areas they painted is bubbleing up. The only spot on our truck to do this. I bring it by to see if they will fix it, which they say they will, then calk a couple hours later and say they won't. If you want work that actually holds up DO NOT GO to Rochester Ford. The work will be done sloppy from the beginning and you'll end up paying someone else to fix mistakes they made! They'll never get another dime from us!

I broke down on my way to go skiing and these guys got me in within 5 minutes, quickly diagnosed the problem and tried to help to get me a temp car but there where non-available locally. They then offered to give me a ride and kept me going on my way. the car was fixed in less time than expected at a reasonable price. They recently changed ownership and they demonstrated how much they appreciated the business by going the extra mile, literally. I would going here again.

Brought my car in for an oil change,transmission flush and a couple other maintenance jobs. Got the car back completely out of gas. Gauge said 1 mile till empty. Now I have to go back with a gas can so I can get to the gas station. ( those of you who know where this dealership is, knows you don’t want to break down on that road.) called the garage about this and got into an argument with the guy. What happened to customer service.. Bought 2 vehicles from them,but now there’s a new owner and just don’t think they are the kind of business I want to work with
