Vehicle price/trade-in was competitive. Large variety and selection of vehicles. Financing was simple and the person was nice although some of it was misleading. My credit was pulled twice within a few minutes (hard inquiry you see immediately on credit Karma). When I questioned this I was told this would drop off my credit report and it did not. Also, I was told I would get the interest rate my bank was offering 2.99% but I ended up with 3.25% through their financing with my bank. The sales person gave excellent customer service after we decide to purchase the car. Every request has been accommodated. They even provided me with a missing owners manual and a new key. Still waiting for one final fix on the rims. Overall pleased with everything except financing. I love my new car.

After a terrible high pressure experience at IRA Toyota of Manchester, dealing with Craig and John at Portsmouth Ford used car center was a breath of fresh air. Craig made us feel comfortable from the moment we walked in, took a long test ride in the vehicle we were interested in . We were able to come to terms on the vehicle and then John in finance was also a pleasure to deal with. An absolute painless purchase. Thank you Craig and John, I will highly recommend you guys for anyone looking for a vehicle.

I bought a 2015 Ford Explorer today and Joel Purdham helped us out. He immediately made us feel comfortable and really worked with us to make sure we were happy! The whole team there was welcoming! I highly recommend stopping in to see this group if you’re looking for a car. I knew what I wanted, and their pricing was also the best around this area. I had looked at the same car with the same mileage, and their pricing was about $2,000 lower than everyone else around here.

I had been shopping for used cars for over a month and couldn't find the right one. Portsmouth Ford Used Car Center has an amazing business model where they don't charge Doc fees, and the Title fee is the bare minimum- $27 (as compared to other dealerships that will charge upwards of $300). The result is that I got a nearly brand-new car for a very low price. The staff is very helpful, and not too pushy. I suggest going to the Portsmouth Ford Used Car Center FIRST. They have great vehicles with low milage at unbeatable prices.

Best car buying experience around, by far! David Bettinger was great! He listened to our questions and gave us answers. We even had a question he didn't know the answer to but he and the team worked together to find the answer. I walked in with my husband and daughter, he addressed all of us and when he found out the car was for me, he kept all of us in the loop (even my 11 year old daughter) but directed information at me, knowing it was ultimately my decision. I felt no pressure to buy and I feel as though if it wasn't going to be the right car for me, David wouldn't have sold it to me. He was unhappy with something we paid extra for and told me not to worry, he wouldn't let it go if he thought I wasn't getting what I paid for. He assured me they will make it right when I bring it back for inspection. Jon Acheson, the finance manager was great too! Answered all of our questions and didn't try to force anything on us. If we didn't want it, it was fine. If we looked unsure about it, he would explain it to make sure we understood the product. We will definitely be todayr customers and recommend Portsmouth Used Car Center to anyone looking for a used car! No haggling, what to see if what you get, great people all around! Thank you!
