Port City Nissan

My buying experience with sales was good overall. On my 2015 Nissan Frontier. I would recommend Port City Nissan to my friends and family. They stand behind there vehicles they sell. The Service Department is excellent. I can't thank them enough for there prompt attention at fixing some issues. This is my second vehicle I have purchased from Port City Nissan. I would definitely purchase another vehicle in the future from them.

The salesman Noah was super helpful. He met our personal needs as well as helping us to acquire another vehicle and our personal needs. We tried one vehicle and found it not to be within out budget and he found another very similar one within our means. The manager wad equally helpful as well. When we were all done they gave us a loaner vehicle until ours was ready. ( this was a Saturday and we picked ours up on Tuesday. Definitely would recommend others to check them!

My very first new car and I love it. Your sales staff, Kip in particular, was so knowledgeable it really helped in our decision making. I feel like I could call up at any time with a question or concern and if have it addressed and without delay. They were very responsive to our questions especially with an electric car, there's lots to know and Kip was enormously helpful!

My husband and I had an amazing experience with these guys! From scheduling the appointment to test driving to finalizing the payment we always felt that we were in good honest hands. They answered every question we had and even had the vehicle we were interested in at the door waiting for us. Justin D was honest, patient and absolutely phenomenal in his delivery of customer service. All the salesmen were humble and authentic. The finance department was great to deal with. I would recommend anyone looking for Nissan to head on over to these guys!

My overall experience was very positive. Car buying can be very stressful! Not at Port City! Very little pressure and sensitive to the customers needs. They go the extra mile to win your business! I would highly recommend Port City!!!!!
