What a pleasant, enjoyable , yes enjoyable experience it was to purchase a vehicle at Hampton Ford Hyundai. Mark, the sales associate listened to what we wanted in a vechicle then showed us cars that matched those specifications. He highlighted the options on each vehicle so we could make an informed choice. Everyone worked seamlessly to help us take home our vehicle in 24 hours. Enjoyed very much dealing with this comfortable dealership. Would definitely come back.

Called in for a service appointment on a recall issue, and was greeted by Sue. Very courteous and helpful. Appointment set; arrived early in the morning; and learned that I needed additional work. The service desk folks very pleasant and helpful. My total bill was a few dollars less than quoted. Car was ready on time. Overall a great experience.

We were on vacation. While driving on the Mass pike the steering went out of our 2013 explorer. We were able to Take the next exit and pull into Hampton Ford. The service was ABOVE AND BEYOND any we have ever experienced. It was late in the afternoon on Thursday before a holiday weekend. The service manager was able to have his technicians to diagnose the problem with in 30 mins. The mechanic stayed late past his shift to take the car apart , so in the morning when the new parts arrived he could get right to the job. Our car was ready by 11:30 AM on Friday. Also we were in need of a rental while the car was being repaired. The service manager was able to call a collision center for a rental that we could use while our car was being repaired. Could not have been more pleased With the service.

I had my 2006 sonata taken there for warranty work. The left rear control arm broke while I was driving, which caused me to veer off, hit a pot hole, and blow out my right front ball joint. After they looked at it they told me they would charge me 1900 to fix what happened to the front, even though it happened because of the recalled part. I got a quote for the same repairs at another place for 400. After speaking with a customer service representative and explaining the situation I told her since they already refused to cover the damage to front, I'd be happy just to get a free tow to the shop that quoted me to do the work. She said no problem, we can definitely tow you for free. After calling for the tow, they told me it would not be free, I would have to pay $90. I called back the customer service line and they told me the first person I talked to lied to me, they would not honor what she had already told me, and I would have to pay for it. After asking to speak to a supervisor, they told me it wasn't possible to talk to one, and I am now waiting on a call back. I've been with out a car for just over a month now, and the only call I've received from Hyundai was complaining that I hadn't gotten my car out of there. I'm extremely disappointed in the way Hyundai handles its customer service. I have 2 small children that could have been in the car with me when the part they had on recall broke. The accident could have much worse. I do not appreciate being lied to and not upholding what I was told by their employees. Hopefully I hear back from them, as they they would, and they are not lying again.
UPDATE: It seems they've made a habit of lying at Hyundai customer service. I waited for their supervisor to call me, which they said would be no later than 2pm, and nothing. I supposed when they wrong you the go-to method to deal with customers is lie to them and ignore them and hope they go away.
UPDATE 2: My experience with the people who work in the service department has been nothing but good, but that seems to be the only saving grace. After trying to contact John for a week straight to try and get everything straightened out, I never got a response so I just gave up. If it wasn't for the service department this would be a 1 star. All the problems seems to be with the people who run the show there.

Nice guys. Very professional and approachable.
We stopped by to take a look at a car I saw online. I realized it wasn't exactly what I wanted, but we also took a look at another vehicle for my wife. They were VERY helpful and amicable, even past evening hours. (We were the last people out of the dealership.) We, unfortunately for them, did not end up purchasing a vehicle there, but I juts wanted to leave a good review for their assistance.
Keep in mind that there are technically two dealerships here, each with separate hours. Go figure that the car I was looking at was the one at the dealership that was closing as we pulled up... but again, this speaks volumes that they still let us test-drive the vehicle and answered questions that we had.
