Everyone was fantastic at Irwin Toyota. I was upside down with a big payment and they truly wanted to help me find the best solution for me and they did it so quickly and mostly over email which was the most convenient thing ever!! Kristina was fantastic getting everything priced out for me and Erik was there to help me through with the paper work and testing out the car. Dennis is the man and super helpful when understanding the financing part! Thank you all it was a great car buying experience.

We just purchased our second vehicle from Irwin Automotive. Howard Cullen was a most helpful salesperson -- fully informed, engaged with our interests, and appropriately attentive to our timeline (i.e., no high pressure selling). We were pleased to give him and Irwin Automotive our business. Importantly, vehicle maintenance and service at Irwin Automotive has been outstanding during the ten years we've been doing business there. Service costs are fairly priced and, in my experience, fully competitive with other providers. I highly recommend this dealership.

Nat Hoyt I have found this time with your service at Irwin’s to be the best I have ever experienced in any auto shop before. That is the reason I continue to go to Irwin’s --- I always leave with “Peace of Mind” that my vehicle is in the best running shape that it can be. I am certain that I will have no problems on the road for lack of anything that Irwin’s technicians have or have not done. Always FIRST RATE. Am I crazy? I just drove an hour to purchase a vehicle from Irwin Hyundai in Laconia. But after a few minutes on the lot with Joe Collie, I knew I had done the right thing. Joe was incredibly helpful and informative...without being pushy...and was so friendly and engaging, it was no wonder that there were a number of people wanting to work with him. The whole process was stress-free, they created a deal that fit my budget and I love the car I bought there. So take it from me, driving an hour is very much worth it. Thanks Joe and all at Irwin!

I have used Irwin's Body Shop several times and have been extremely pleased with the quality of the work they do. When it was time for a new vehicle, I went to Irwin to see what they had and was very happy. I was treated very well by both the sales and finance staff and will be picking up my new vehicle in a couple of days! I recommend them without reservation. Update 4/4/18: I have now used the Service Dept. three times for my new Rav 4. 5 Stars! They are super fast and thorough. Nat Hoyt is the best! He explains everything prior to service, then goes over it and gives a booklet showing what was checked and how the car is doing afterward. I had a slow leak in one tire and stopped in last week to see if I could get air put in. I was told, "Pull it up, someone will be right out." The mechanic was ready before I got out of the car. Yesterday, that tire was almost flat. I called Nat. He said, come right in! While my dog & I sat in the comfy waiting room for 20 minutes, they took off the tire, removed the screw I'd run over (?!) and repaired the tire and I was on my way. Nat of course had come out after5 minutes to tell me what it was and about how long it would take. Great service department! Thanks Nat!
