Mostly good service - have rented car from this location 10+ times and they’ve always been efficient, provided accurate information and a hassle free experience. The location of the rental office is a bit odd - it is in the extreme end of a parking space and so cabs often won’t want to get inside and instead leave you on the highway. Same issue with getting a cab pick-up post drop off. Other than that this location is super convenient to rent from and pretty much always have car availability even at short notice.

BY is sooo conveniently to drop off your rental car and pop into the subway, and be on your way. The staff was fun

Avis @lga gave us a car yesterday whose license plate isn't assigned to the car - had been expired for 3 years. We got pulled over, were told not to drive the car, and were late to our event in another state. Couldn't drive the vehicle at all and when we went to return it and asked for compensation, we were told it was the cops word against ours because Avis didn't have any proof and things were "correct" in Avis's system. Nice customer service, Avis. Never again.

Never again..i booked online and my pickup was supposed to be for 9 am but when i checked my reservations it said 6:30 pm pick up time, i called to tell them that it was a mistake but they wanted to charge me $220 to make the switch or if i cancel it would be $150..so i no choice to pick it up at 6:30 so i get to avis at 6:10 and the woman tell me that i have to wait till 6:30..No customer services what so ever.

Car was decent but only complaint was how long it took at the car rental building since there was only 1 person working. It was 2am so that made sense but with plane delays there were several parties waiting to check in. Poor guy was all by himself!
