Hertz

I have been there to rent a car twice now and both experiences have been easy and convenient. As a gold member (free to join), I walked on to the car lot, chose the car I wanted out of 15 available, got in and drove away. They did the checkout at the gate and that took maybe 45 seconds. When I returned the car I walked inside, told them the mileage and that the gas was full and walked away. Hertz has continually given me incredible service with great prices. As a 22 year old with AAA, I am able to rent a car without the young drivers fee and I get an additional $5 off a day for the rental. To find the best prices to rent from here, I recommend checking back every couple of days on the same time reservation as prices adjust frequently. My price went from $150 to $50 for the same exact times in a matter of a few days, so checking back can help lower the price.

Amazing customer service. Down thing is that being a Gold member, I couldn't get to choose my car as demand was so high. I was even dropped off at my terminal in car instead of going through the shuttle bus and terminal shuttles. I was even late by an hour in dropping off my car, and manager was able to take off the additional charge. Highly recommend and would love to deal with them again.

Horrible experience. First of all, if you make it to terminal B embrace yourself to take a transfer bus to terminal A to then wait for the Hertz shuttle. That process took us a good 45 minutes. Then when we make it to the Hertz facility there was no one at the counter to attend the public. I got to the remote agent machine, which ensured me that as a Gold member I just have to walk to the Gold kiosk and pick up the car right away. Well, I lost my place in the line to go wondering through the parking lot where this kiosk was. Turns out there was no such kiosk and I was back to square one. When I finally make it to the counter, after waiting for an agent to finally start attending the public, I got assigned a car at the parking lot that wasn't there. I mean how in the world this guys could be so incompetents. I had to go back to get reassign to another vehicle. Total time since I stopped at the first bus station to make it out with the rental was 1:45... This was the first time that I had to wait this long for a rental in my life!

I was traveling with my 93 year old Mom in a wheel chair so we needed to be picked up at the Delta terminal. I spoke with Nora a few days earlier and she said to contact her on arrival and she'd set this up. I caught her at the end of her shift but she stayed to put this together for us. David came to pick us up and was great! He maintained Cell contact with me till we saw each other in front of the terminal.... ( Great Guy! ). Couldn't be happier with how we were treated.. Bernadette behind the counter is as beautiful as she is personal and she's very beautiful. Pleasure to deal with also, the female bus driver bringing me to the rental place was very nice and had a wonderful conversation. Don't know her name but it was the late shift. Good people and good prices for cars. Some cars had some damage that's why only 4 stars. Good people tho and easy to deal with.
