The lady gave me a car that had bad brakes and the engine light was on. They told me "good luck" and overcharged me 60$. Total apathy!

The woman thats works sundays in the evening is extremely rude! I will be taking my buisness somewhere else where they have employees that have manners. This call was done at 845 pm on sunday feb 11 2018 the womam refused to give me her name as to why she remains as "the woman"

I've rented 3 times so far from this location in the last 3 months. Convenient location, quick service, good staff. Only disadvantage is that they never seem to have a car that has a full tank of gas.

Poor service and customer service. Lafayette location hung up on me on the first call and placed me on hold twice after angrily mumbling a phone greeting. I called 64th street they service started off good, but eventually the manager nicely passed me along to hell on 76th street. I watched possibly a manager poorly and without any empathy to the concern at hand, on speaker phone, (over charge on bill) tell a insurance customer to call a complain and let I guess corporate handle the discrepancy bc his account was closed. His interaction with me was poor and the office ettiquette (excluding two individuals) was poor. I’m so over poor tacky service. Never had this experience out of town and to be in NY where I have to pay extra, I will not feed my money or encourage anyone I know to offer their business to rude, angry, and unprofessional people. The manager was not helpful in resolving my issue that the previous manager should have told me about. Use enterprise budget or whoever. Make them price match and I know at enterprise they have to be accountable for their service.
