Car worked perfectly, the return drop location not being open not so much.  Make sure your drop off doesn't close at 3 PM but say 10 PM.

We called in to modify a reservation and despite this being a time with COVID-19 related disruptions, Hertz was very efficient and helpful with the reservation modification process. Special shout-out to Daniel, who was fantastic with the process!

Had a great experience here — in and out in minutes and everyone was really friendly

Hertz is terrible when it comes to using your loyalty points. However this location was great to work with. Teresa was very helpful in making sure I was in and out very quickly when returning the car.

I can't believe how unprofessional and bad customer service at this location is. So bad that I was literally told that "I don't care because I don't own this company". I don't see any scenario where this is remotely an excuse for an argument.
