Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I reserved an intermediate sized vehicle. All they had left when I arrived was a HUGE Ford Expedition. The attendant at the Manhattan Upper East Side location very nicely made an allowance for fuel consumption on the gas reading at checkout time. The car was fine. I even found a parking space in Brooklyn! The folks were jolly and I like dealing with jolly people. I will surely use them again next time in NYC.

My experience at Enterprise...was professional repected...and the agent Shavar...was not just a helpful agent..he went out of his way to help me be satisfied....and I was..i will continue to rent there and will recommend this location..thankyou

Great service and good rates. Not the most inexpensive but certainly the least expensive option for those who prefer/need to utilize debit rather than credit card payment. Reps had us in and out quickly to pick up and return the vehicle. I called ahead to make sure they accepted debit cards and what documentation would be required to do so. They told me the most recent (less than 30 days) cable bill would do and that a pdf on my phone would be acceptable. All went smoothly. I've had many experiences where the rental company leaves out information over the phone or has different policies for airport vs non-airport locations. Then you arrive at the counter and are unable to rent. So the fact they were clear and consistent about their debit card policy was very important. I rent a car a couple of times a year and will definitely return to this location.

Enterprise was the only company who rented a car for me using only my debit card. The customer service was awesome. I went to the one on 80th Street between 2nd and 1st Avenue. Shavar helped me out to pick up the car, it was just awesome.

I picked up an SUV for a 2.5 week rental and dropped the car in a different city. The car was ready when I arrived to pick it up which is great...no lengthy wait. While I had the car, there were several days of rain and the windshield wipers were awful and I was really "done" with Enterprise at that point. I got in touch with John, the pick up location manager, and he was so nice, understanding and helpful! He went out of his way to get the problem corrected and to make sure everything else with the car was in good shape even though I had traveled to a different city. John's caring attitude and "can do" spirit completely changed the way I felt about Enterprise. I will forever be a loyal Enterprise customer thanks to John.
