Avis Car Rental

I rent cars here for work very frequently, several times a month. The staff is very friendly and will do what they can to provide the best service possible. Typically, everything works out well and I have no problems with my rentals. Sometimes I even get a free upgrade! There was one time that I received a car with a faulty gas tank, so it was difficult for me to see how much gas I had. They refunded me part of the cost of the rental. Overall, this location is great. Always nice to have a good chat with Renee and Delores while I get my car sorted out.

Excellent customer service, especially Nandi at the front desk. Pick-up and drop-off was seamless and the car was in excellent condition.

Avis has been my first choice for a car rental for several years, after I found out that the company I had been using had a record of keeping vehicles that had been re-called, in their fleet and renting them to unsuspecting customers. I immediately started using Avis, realizing they were very conveniently located near-by, consistently demonstrated an excellent level of professionalism, depth of knowledge about their cars, policies and procedures, services, and conveyed a very user-friendly approach when speaking with a customer. There was no question that was not taken seriously, with good humor, and a level of detail that was always helpful. Their prices were and remain competitive, and the selection of vehicles offers a good variety, and they are always well maintained. Picking-up and returning vehicles is very easy and user friendly. And there is no difference in the level of professionalism whether you're renting from the neighborhood location or at the airport. Avis really is a first class operation.
