AAMCAR Car Rental

This is a great place to rent a car. I live in Los Angeles and I was coming to N.Y. to fulfill my bucket list and I needed a car. I don't carry credit cards but I was still able to rent with my debit card. If you go to AAMCAR ask for Marcy--she is the best! She will really help you. I took care of all of my business and I'm very happy with AAMCAR. I would recommend AAMCAR to anyone. Their prices are much lower then the big boys.

I had several issues with the big car rental companies and not just in New York City, actually I can't remember a time when there wasn't "something". Extra fuel or milage charges and unexpected credit card charges several weeks after the rental ended. After the second time I am with aamcar, it never happened!

Since Male Agent Left, I believe his name was George, I No Longer rent at this location. Very Nasty, Rude Woman, with Attitude..Never Again. A big, shame, & hassle for me now, but worth it, not to be insulted, & mistreated. When asked what happened to the male Agent. She angrily stared at me and in a angry huff, said " I am sorry I don't have b--lls..and dissapeared..I've been renting there for over 5 years, When she came back, she said she had no records..and gave nothing but attitude..Another time I, and others called, & if she was not up to answering questions, she would just hang up the phone...A real Shame...GO ELSEWHERE to RENT!

I enjoy the convenience and reasonable price (for manhattan). Staff is usually helpful and can return almost 24hrs.
