I've always had friendly staff here. I'm grateful for the third drive through ATM machine. Plenty of parking within walking distance. Easy on and off the freeway location. Thank you for being here!

Terrible. Waited in the drive thru line for 25 minutes, when I finally made it to the window, the guy simply said “Sorry we’re closed” I see where most of the complaints are coming from. All I needed was change for my business but he wasn’t trying to hear it.

Absolute nightmare. Trapped in ONLY line at drive thru while teller took 47 minutes to help ONE CUSTOMER. OMG 20 cars piled up behind me. Tellers are rude and do give a care. I'm closing my Bank of America account. DISGUSTING

Tuesday after, a holiday weekend and they only have 2 person working

This is the slowest service. Very short staffed to accommodate the amount of customers it gets. It takes over an hour to get service in the drive thru. Very disappointed that this is the only bank in the area.

Be careful when withdrawing a large sum. There a people in the parking lot and maybe also the teller tipping the guys outside who withdrawing large sum to follow and rob them.

Drive thru takes too dam long to come to the window in the drive thru… waiting more than 15 minutes that’s ridiculous!! Either hire somebody to be at drive thru or just close it down if y’all can’t handle it

30 minutes on the drive thur and only one car has moved. Bad service.
