Wells Fargo Bank

I completely avoid this location. Rude employees, slow service, long lines that spill into the street, can't go to the ATM after a certain time cause they turn them all off. Save yourself time and the head ache go to another location.

For starters if I could leave less than 1 star I would. Every time I go for a simple money transfer the wait is always 35-45 min wait. Service is awful and the employees are rude. This establishment gives wells fargo a bad reputation. Won’t be needing from your services anymore.

STILL the slowest branch in Houston. No attempts at improving. Definitely the last time I’m coming here.

I’ve lived on this side word town my whole life and even as a child I remember being there forever with my parent, and now ironically my job uses them, and sure enough the excessive long waiting times are still there. Why is the branch still open

The drive thru lines are so long an I'm in line now it's been 30min already an it's only three cars in front of me .smh you guys have to do better. I told my boss we need to switch bank ohfresh is a company an our worker spending the lunch break at the bank

The tellers are nice and try to be helpful but man the line to see a teller are always at the door and the ATM machine stops working at 7pm so if you ever need cash or an ATM transaction you have to go really far to find another ATM because the closest ATM is about 2 or 3 miles away and that one is also closed .

This location needs more help with service. People waiting In line 30 min to and hour is ridiculous. Staff need to move a little quicker

Worst experience ever deposited a check funds became available the manager at the bank discriminating because I’m wanting to withdraw funds got into a altercation with her and she freezes my account for absolutely nothing in the process of taking it higher
