I had never had problems in this bank nice people thank you guys

I called the 5342 Airline location from 9am until 11 am no answer just recordings. I then drove all the way to the bank only to be told that the person who was their Notary was off today. Wow a waste of my time. I have banked with them for over 20 years. The young lady showed no remorse.

My wife banks here, it's always been good. The tellers have always been pleasant and courteous. Drive through has always been quick, even when busy. The new ATM is nice.

Drive through baking requires an eternal wait. I’ve been sitting in my car in line for 45 minutes and there were only 4 cars in front of me. Where’s the sense of urgency, especially with the lobby closed??!

I came in today at 4:15 and dealt with one of the rudest ladies ever. Did not catch her cause it wasn't worth my time to know. I hate to give a 1 cause Ms. Ana is the best that's why I've been here 5 yrs banking. But the 1 is due to the rude worker in the front

DO NOT BANK WITH AT THIS BRANCH; I WENT TO DEPOSIT ON JUNE 19th AND THEY STOLE MY MONEY BY PUTTING IN THE WRONG ACCOUNT AND THEY ARE NOT ABLE TO INVESTIGATE. I CALLED COSTUMER SERVICE AND "THEY CANNOT DO ANYTHING SINCE I DID THE DEPOSIT WITH THE TELLER TROUGH THE DRIVE THRU". WORSE BANK I WILL CLOSE MY ACCOUNT.
