Everyone there is very friends. They are very knowledgeable.

Terrible. Chase thinks that because they service brown/black people it's ok to constantly have ATMs that don't work. There's 3 ATMs and two days ago all three of them were NOT working. This is not the first time either. Chase would not let that happen in the woodlands. Terrible. Chase doesn't care about the community they service.

This bank's atm never works!

Consistently terrible wait times. Unfortunately chase has closed all their nearby safety deposit boxes and left this as the only location left in the vicinity. Nothing is organized. Takes 45 minutes simply to access a box. This branch alone will make you rethink the worth of CPC.

Everything you read here is true. I have never been to a chase where i had to wait and watch people that work there chat. I just happend to be in the area and needed something notarized. Its faster to drive back home and come back.

1 teller on a monday morning. They could do better than that.

Yes, I agree, new customer, worst banking experience, but Ms Laura Zavala it's the best, she attended me, when another lazy female worker kept me waiting for a long time, just talking on her cell phone, then walked away for lunch, Ms Zavala was very professional, and highly experienced, did a great job in a short period of time.
