Banks Blue Valley Pool and Spa

This company has done an amazing job taking care of not only my pool but my spa as well, their tech and service team is very dedicated and does amazing work, they are very kind and have no problem putting in the extra work for my needs. The receptionist always have a great attitude and are very helpful, whenever I have an issue whether it be with with scheduling, maintenance, cleaning ect, they deal with it quickly and professionally, and have someone sent out to fix it within a few days. I've been very satisfied with my experience at Banks over the past two years.

We were really impressed last year with how dedicated our pool guy cleaned and cared for our pool. He quit last summer and informed me a lot of the staff did drugs and were really unprofessional. I assumed he had a falling out and was just being dramatic about other employees but boy was I wrong. Since opening the pool this summer Banks has been extremely unprofessional never cleaned the pool properly and I constantly had to call and walk them through steps of cleaning our pool. I actually heard one of the pool cleaners stop by drop two chemicals in our pool and say good now let’s get out of here! I would stay far away from this company not only are they lazy but will blame you for your pool not being cleaned!

Great local business. They were willing to answer all my questions and I felt provide me with unbiased opinions. Very friendly and helpful.

If the entire build out goes well, you'll be happy. If not, they won't stand behind their work to fix their fails and they won't return your calls. Also promised an 8 week build that took 9 months and of those months we only had 4 days of rain during the work weeks of the build. Proceed with caution.

Project deadline was promised and missed too many times to count. Worksite is messy with trash such as plastic, wrappers, wire, gravel & boulders the entire duration of the project and in adjoining yards trash accumulated as well. The workers were nice but often times one worker solo for the entire day thus poor project management and execution.
